Usage:
  cim imagefile.ext [ -u usr ] [ -iide ] [ -tns ] -c [ cpm_name ]

  -c	show catalogue of the image
  -f	full format of the image (image will be created if not exist)
  -q	quick format of the image (image will be created if not exist)
  -a	add file(s) to the image (image will be created if not exist)
  -afn  target 'cpm_name' without wildcards for single file
	In this case file name in switch -a may be with long name,
	but must not contain wildcards.
  -ow	overwrite existing file(s)
  -e	erase file(s) from the image
  -x	extract file(s) from the image
  -h	display hex dump of the file
  -t	display content of the ASCII file
  -w	write system to the image from file
  -i	write system to the image from another image of the same type
  -s	extract system from the image and save to file
  -iide	ignore invalid directory entries
  -iti	display Image Type info
  -tns	consider disk as TNS-DOS
  -lbl  set label for TNS-DOS disk; "TNS-DOS/CIM" if not used
  -u	determines user number 0 to 31
	if not specified, files of all users are processed
	and for switch -a user 0 is always used
  'tns_disk_label' is label for TNS-DOS disk (max. 11 chars)
  'imagefile.ext', 'imagefile2.ext' are image file names with extension
  'cpm_name' is the file name in CP/M 8.3 format
	     which can contain wildcards '*' or '?'
	     and can be with dir-path of the file(s) to add or extract.
  'system_file' is binary file with CP/M system itself
